All you need is 12 minutes! Aim to do this workout 3-5 times a week, first thing in the morning, in the afternoon, or before bed. Whatever works with your schedule, this is a great workout to get you started or to add to your current workout routine. Once you can easily do this in 12 minutes, add 3-5 minutes to your workout every few weeks until you get to about a 30 minute workout.
